What type of workouts?

  • strength workouts (with weights)
  • bodyweight workouts
  • HIIT to improve your overall fitness and increase your ability to burn fat
  • stretching, mobility and flexibility workouts
  • specials: Tabata, move to the beat, new exercises and workouts you haven't seen before

what you need:

  • a workout mat
  • water bottle (remember to stay hydrated 💦)
  • weights: medium + heavy weights, for reference I have 2 x 5kg, 2 x 8kg, 2 x 15kg
  • resistance bands (medium and/or heavy)
  • occasionally you'll need to access household items e.g. chair or couch to make the most out of the workout
